Dear CAM Members,
Exciting changes are on the horizon for the Canadian Association of Magicians! We are officially announcing that CAM is actively seeking candidates for the roles of President, Vice President, and new Board Members.
This marks a historic milestone for our organization: this will be CAM’s first time using an open selection and election process like this.
We are incredibly thrilled for this opportunity to welcome a new administration, bring fresh perspectives to the table, and create new opportunities that serve the absolute best interests of Canadian magicians.
If you have a passion for the magic community and want to help steer the future of CAM, we want to hear from you!
📅 The Election Timeline
To ensure a smooth transition, please keep the following key dates in mind:
August 1st: Deadline for nominations.
August 2nd – August 16th: Voting period (lasts exactly two weeks).
Late August: Election results will be officially announced at our General Meeting.
August 31st: The new administration and board officially take over.

If you want to run for President, Vice President, or a Board Member position, submitting your nomination is simple. You can do so in one of two ways:

Note: Please ensure all nominations are submitted by August 1st so we can prepare the ballots for the two-week voting period.
